Refund policy

All our products are made bespoke per order and are quality checked before shipping. Therefore we only accept returns and issue refunds if there is a significant error or defect with the items ordered. Any refund given is at our discretion. If the item ordered does not fit as described an exchange may be offered at our discretion and subject to stock availability, any additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please note that returns sent back to us without any prior contact or receipt of initial contact will be either a) forfeited or b) returned to you once payment for additional shipping has been received.

We therefore encourage you to double, and triple-check before your order summary and the measurements of the product(s) as per the size guide(s) listed on the respective product page before you place your order with us. As above all exchanges, refunds and returns are at our discretion.

PREORDERS ONLY: No cancellation of the order can be made after the order has been placed. As above, as these products are bespoke and made to order no exchanges are available.  Refunds and partial refunds will be offered, at our discretion, only if there is something fundamentally defective with the product(s), or the product(s) sent was not to the specifications of the order.
