Shipping policy

I have read and agree to the following terms:

All our products are made bespoke per order meaning that an additional production time (up to a maximum of 5 Working Days) is required to produce the product.

Domestic (UK): Standard Shipping - Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail using their "Tracked 48" service which aims to deliver in 2-3 Working Days. Therefore, the total delivery time estimate is between 2-8 Working Days however usual delivery is 2-3 Working Days.

Local Pickup - Your order will be available to collect from the Reading, UK area only.  Payment for postage at the standard rate will be required if you are unable to collect from the collection address. Confirmation that your order is ready to collect will be sent via email with all relevant details.

International (Incl. EU): Your order will be delivered by DPD and their respective local delivery partners. This service, location dependant, will aims to deliver in 5-10 Working Days, therefore, the total delivery time estimate is between 1-2 Weeks. As international deliveries are subject to customs checks and other various factors outside of the control of REDEEMED. and DPD delivery could be delayed by 1-2 additional weeks. Delays in excess of this given time frame may be refunded depending on the specific circumstances of your case and out our discretion.

Please note any Import & Duty Taxes are not included and may be payable to your countries relevant authorities before delivery is made. We are not responsible for the payment of these taxes and duties, please take this into consideration before placing an order. If an order is placed, you accept these terms and responsibility for payment. If payment to the relevant authorities is not made and your order is returned to us, you will be required to make additional payments to make a redelivery. If you request a refund for your order only the cost of the products will be refunded, we will not refund the shipping costs as this cost has already been incurred.

PREORDERS & SPECIAL NOTICES: Your order will be dispatched by the quoted time as per the checkout description and/or product description for special notices. Your order will be shipped using the above-mentioned shipping methods as per the selection of the customer at checkout. This will be sent separate from any other products in your order which are not pre-ordered products or products subject to pre-order conditions as per the product description.
