Shipping policy

I have read and agree to the following terms:

Domestic (UK): Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail using their "Tracked 48" service, which aims to deliver in 2-3 Working Day, or "Tracked 24" service, which aims to deliver in 1-2 Working Days, depending on the service selected at checkout. If the dispatch of you order is delayed the compensation of the delay will be reviewed and offered at our discretion (This does not apply to pre-orders). Please also note that delivery delays outside of our control are possible and compensation will be requested from Royal Mail where appropriate.

PREORDERS & SPECIAL NOTICES: Your order will be dispatched by the quoted time as per the checkout description and/or product description for special notices. Your order will be shipped using the above-mentioned shipping methods as per the selection of the customer at checkout. This will be sent separate from any other products in your order which are not pre-ordered products or products subject to pre-order conditions as per the product description.
